Shikai: "Serpent's Embrace"

With the command; "Kiss", Boa's zanpakuto's shikai gives her the ability to take control of the minds of anyone she cuts, with the exception of those with particularly strong wills.

Bankai: "The Golden Throne of the Serpent King"

While sitting in her throne, Boa, by opening the eyes of one of her six snakes, gains control over anyone looking at her. One pair of eyes causes her targets to loose focus, two pairs freezes them in place, three pairs turns them into puppets, four makes them willing to give their lives to protect her, five turns them into rabid killing machines, going after anyone Boa sees as a threat, and the sixth and final pair causes those under her control to end their own lives.
